What We Do
Contents restoration is what happens to everything inside your home after a fire, flood, or other disaster. Your general contractor rebuilds the structure. We take care of the stuff — the furniture, clothing, electronics, kitchenware, family photos, keepsakes, and everything else that makes your house a home.
Pack-Out
We carefully remove all salvageable contents from your home, photographing and inventorying every item. Each piece is wrapped, labeled, and loaded onto our trucks. Nothing leaves without being documented.
Contents Cleaning
Smoke, soot, and water damage your belongings in different ways. We use specialized cleaning methods — ultrasonic cleaning, ozone treatment, dry cleaning, and hand-cleaning — to restore items to pre-loss condition. Electronics, textiles, hard goods, and soft goods each require different techniques.
Secure Storage
Your cleaned belongings are stored in our secure, climate-appropriate facility while your home is being repaired. Reconstruction can take months — your belongings stay safe and organized the entire time.
Pack-Back
When your home is ready, we bring everything back and place it where it belongs. Furniture goes back in the right rooms, boxes are unpacked, and your home feels like home again.
Inventory Documentation
We create detailed, photo-documented inventories that your insurance company needs to process your claim. Every item is photographed, categorized, and priced — giving your adjuster exactly what they need to approve the contents portion of your claim.

I've seen what happens when the contents side of a claim is handled poorly — belongings lost, inventories incomplete, families waiting months to get their things back. That's not how it should work. Our team is focused on doing the job right: thorough documentation, careful handling, honest communication, and getting your belongings home on time.
